We all have those days or weeks or even months where faking a smile or showing heartfelt emotions to others feels tremendously difficult but you have no other option because ‘people’ say so. We often get misunderstood by our own parents thinking that we are sulking at functions and on a daily basis because we are ungrateful but in reality, something is actually bothering us. Whether it is our performance in extracurricular activities or studies or even friendship.
Now sometimes many teens don’t even know that they have anxiety and consider those small disastrous breakdowns as mere jitters but little do they know that ignoring stress and anxiety only worsens it along with taking your health down for a toss.
Anxiety, stress and depression has various threatening side effects which you cannot even begin to imagine for example an eating disorder you may think it’s just a small decrease in your appetite but it can be much worse and severe. Or do you feel like you keep falling sick time and again or feel sluggish and tired all day long, then it’s time for you to take a blood test and also just relax and take a brake because this tiredness and sickness can stick with you for a long time until you actually decided to take measures to battle anxiety.
Anxiety is something which is created within your so remember it can be destroyed as well and don’t stress yourself too much because at the end of the day we all are living for the first time and are all experiencing this life for the first time.
