Mental health is something everyone deals with, and it’s a very important aspect of our lives which most people tend to ignore.
A lot of people are facing with trauma, stress, depression, etc. but do not know how to deal with it. Mental health goes hand in hand with everything we do in our lives everyday, it makes us react and feel emotions. It helps us know who we are and what we can be in life. It’s a part of our growth. Taking care of ourselves just doesn’t mean taking care of our physical body. As much as care which is needed for taking care of our body, our mental health also needs as much care and attention to keep it stable for us to feel better and free. In case there are people who are struggling, they shouldn’t be afraid to reach out for help. Just like we have doctors to give medication for our bodies; there are doctors, therapists, counsellors for our mind, who make us feel welcome and remind us that we are not alone. So there shouldn’t be any kind of embarrassment to approach them. Taking care of our mental well being, taking control of our emotions, the way we react, the way we feel will change our perspective of life, and help us face challenges coming our way with a sense of bravery and not the fear of “How am i going to be able to do it?” The constant overthinking of thinking down upon our self should be stopped and people should start having a positive aspect to it. In case of problems instead of thinking why you are in this situation, we should think of solutions.
The YANA community is a safe and vulnerable platform for people to express themselves.
Just these little things can make a great impact in life and the YANA community is a great place for making us realise what we have been doing wrong and help us to develop for the good and grow into beautiful individuals.
