Mental health is concerned with several serious conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and many more. These conditions affect millions of people in the world who now finally are able to express themselves. When mental health is viewed as a trend, it can lead to a lack of genuine support and understanding for those struggling . Many individuals may feel that their experiences are minimized or exploited for clicks and likes, rather than being seen as real and significant challenges. Faking it or exaggerating it or spreading misinformation and misguiding people.
In today’s world all people care about is being seen, they are ready to any extent to make that possible just to get that glimpse of attention not knowing the impact on the rest of the world. Lying about their emotions and situations doesn’t make them cool it makes them liars who cannot stand not having all eyes on them. That can be considered has a disorder at a point ironically.
We should treat individuals as humans and not customers to just make money off of them. Mental health support should be accessible to all, not just those who can afford it. Community resources, therapy, and support groups must be available and promoted year-round, reflecting a genuine commitment to mental wellness rather than a momentary focus.
It’s crucial to be respectful of the people who actually are going through serious conditions and not turning their situations into a mere ‘trend’ for personal gains. We live in a world where people are ready to act like vultures to get their way let’s not try to get worse and take away the smallest amount of humanity left.
