Managing Failure

Success is failure turned inside out,

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,

So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit,

It’s when things seem worst that you mustn't quit.

Embracing the highs and lows, and finding peace in the journey. Every step, no matter how small, is progress. Remember, It's okay to pause and breathe; you'll find your way. Nysa and Tansee share their thoughts on Managing Failure through poetry.

Failure knocks, a cold, hard blow,

A shadow cast where dreams won't go,

But in the dark, there's strength to find,

A path revealed, no longer blind.

It's okay to stumble, trip, and fall,

To feel the weight, the urge to crawl,

For every setback, every pain,

Is just a step towards the gain.

The road to triumph isn't straight,

It winds through nights that echo fate,

But each misstep, each moment lost,

Builds a bridge, no matter the cost.

In the mirror of defeat, we see,

A clearer vision of who to be,

It's okay to falter, to lose the fight,

For dawn will break, with morning light.

So take a breath, embrace the scars,

They're constellations, guiding stars,

Through the valleys, up the crest,

Failure's just a test, on the quest.

With each fall, we rise anew,

Stronger, wiser, spirit true,

It's okay to fail, to learn, to grow,

For through failure, success will flow.

A letter to Myself

It's okay to take some rest,

It's okay to not be the best,

It's okay to know what's at stake,

And yet be willing to take a break.

It's okay to be emotional,

It's okay to cry sometimes,

The clouds rain,

When they get too heavy.

It's okay to have big dreams,

And at the same time feel so lost,

It's okay to have so much to do

And yet do nothing at all.

It's okay to take,

Just one small step at a time,

After all, the brightest of stars,

Burn the fastest.

It's okay to feel so much,

And yet feel nothing at all,

It's okay to want to do so much,

But not knowing where to start.

It's okay if someone's better,

You don't have to compare yourself,

The sun and the moon both,

Shine when it's their time.

It's okay to feel overwhelmed,

It's a beautiful gift to just be alive,

And no matter what, you just have to say,

It's okay, I'll be alright.
