Coping with Anger

Anger, this is an emotion every human goes through in many stages of their life but when it becomes a reoccurring emotion based on trivial matters is where it becomes an issue.

Many teenagers face anger issues and it is very common but the actual problem comes when you don’t take any action against it and it’s too late, this issue can stay constant for a long period of time even when you’re an adult. So what is the solution?

First is to identify the problem, observe your own behaviour what topics are triggering for you what kinds of conversations aggravate you. Then comes the WHY, you have to ask yourself why do you actually get angry what is the real reason. I understand it can be frustrating and tough to bring such thoughts and topics up even for yourself to understand but it is crucial because many a times you don’t even know how many people are you hurting unintentionally and then feel guilty about it later. After realising the why the next step is how you’re going to fix things, find what solutions suit best for you. What techniques help you calm down it can be either music, deep breathing or a physical exercise anything. You need to be able to control yourself control your emotions because that’s what truly helps you become a better person as well as prosper in various aspects of your life.
